General Questions

What types of patches do you manufacture?
We specialize in creating a wide range of patches, including embroidered, woven, printed, and PVC rubber patches. Each type offers unique benefits and aesthetics, suitable for different applications and preferences.
Can I order custom patches?
Absolutely! Custom patches are our specialty. You can send us your design, logo, or idea, and our team will work with you to create patches that meet your specifications. Simply click Order Now in the menu and select the best option for you Design It, Make It, or Reorder It.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order does not meet your specifications due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues. More information can be found on our official return policy link below.

Order Process

How do I submit my design for custom patches?
You can submit your design through our website's three simple submission options, Design It, Make It, or Reorder It. We accept most digital file formats, including JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, and EPS. Please ensure your design is the highest possible resolution for the best results.
What is the turnaround time for custom patch orders?
Our standard turnaround time is 2-4 weeks from the final approval of the sample. If you need your patches sooner, please let us know, and we can discuss expedited options. We offer expedited Rush Production for embroidery patches for just $0.99/Patch. This option still does not guarantee a delivery date but generally reduces the timeline by 1-2 weeks.
How are patches priced?
Pricing is based on several factors, including the type of patch, size, and the quantity ordered. We will provide a risk-free detailed quote upon receiving your design and specifications. Please note in some cases we may send your quote over with your Production Artwork or Sample patch depending on the submission that was requested. Can I see a sample before placing an order?
Absolutely, we want to ensure your patch is Badass and perfect. This allows you to see and approve the actual patch before proceeding with the full order and mass production.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom patches?
Our minimum order starts at just 25 pieces. Please contact us for specific details based on your patch requirements. If this is a Reorder we may be able to accommodate less than 25 patches depending on our available inventory.

Payments and Shipping

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time we ONLY ship to USA or APO/FPO addresses only. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and the size of your order. Please contact us for detailed shipping information. Due to military mail restrictions, we are only able to OVERNIGHT orders shipping to a USA address and NOT an APO/FPO address.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Android Pay, and Shop Pay. Please contact us if you have a specific payment preference.
How can I change my shipping address?
We get it, sometimes you're on the move. To change your shipping address your order has to be paid for and not yet shipped. You should have an order number start with S H and end with 4 numbers. Go to the order confirmation email that was sent to the email address that paid for the order and click the blue "Order Details" button. This should load a page that will allow you to change your shipping address.

Account registration, sign in, password & linked accounts

Resetting Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot password?" link on the Sign In screen. Enter your email address, and we will send you a link to reset your password.
Changing Your Login Email Address or Password
You can change your account email address and password on the Account Information page. All your email subscriptions and order confirmations will be sent to your new email address.

Order Questions

How can I check my Order Status?
Click the order status button on our main menu with the email address from the person who paid for the order and your order number
Can I cancel or modify an order?
Due to the custom nature of patch making, we cannot cancel or refund and order after it has been approved for production. If you would like to modify the quanity of an order please reach out via email at sales@badasspatches.com
